Management of the journal’s layout and website.
Per year, you will layout and typeset two editions of LingUU journal, two posters to announce our Call for Papers and multiple cover images for our website and our Facebook page. In addition to the journal’s visual identity, you will be responsible for keeping our WordPress website up-to-date.
We are looking for someone who has experience with Adobe Indesign and Photoshop. Templates are available, but you are free to alter these designs the magazine (in consultation with the board). Basic knowledge of html is necessary, but you can learn this on the job.
Normally, this position only takes a couple of hours per month. In March and October however, you will need some free days to lay out and typeset the journal and to get it printed. You are invited to all board meetings.
